The Parliamentary Outreach Trust seeks to harness the skills and experience of former MPs in two arenas:

• within British schools, colleges and universities, to enhance the teaching and learning of citizenship; and the role of government and parliament within British representative democracy (Read more here)
• in other countries, especially emerging democracies, post-conflict zones and developing countries, where the experience of British democracy processes and institutions may be requested (Read more here)
